  • Donor: Any individual or entity that makes a donation to the Marine Health Alliance.
  • Donation: Any monetary contribution made to the Marine Health Alliance.

These Terms and Conditions govern all donations made to the Marine Health Alliance through its website or other authorized channels. By making a donation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Use of Donations

  • All donations will be used exclusively for the Marine Health Alliance’s mission of protecting and restoring Saint Lucia’s marine environment.

4. Use of Donor Gallery Submissions

  • By submitting Donor Gallery Submissions, you grant the Marine Health Alliance a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your Donor Gallery Submissions in any media format.
  • The Marine Health Alliance may use your Donor Gallery Submissions for marketing purposes, including on social media and other website sections.
  • You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit your Donor Gallery Submissions and that their use by the Marine Health Alliance will not violate any third-party rights.

5. Donor Privacy

The Marine Health Alliance is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Refund Policy
